A couple of days in Dubrovnik, Croatia...
A few months ago, whilst on holiday in Croatia, we made a couple of day trips to the city of Dubrovnik. Dubrovnik is a beautiful city, well known for its medieval architecture, stunning coastline, and rich history. Many people know of Dubrovnik from Game of Thrones (which, I have to confess, I've never seen), as many scenes from the series, were filmed here. There is so much to see in Dubrovnik. The walled Old Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It's easy to while away many

The abandoned hotels and other buildings, with their crumbling walls and overgrown vegetation, offer a haunting remi

Celebrating Local Food Producers
In just a few days, the Cheltenham Festival will be opening its gates. New this year is a concept restaurant called The Four Eighty. Celebrating locally produced food from within a 60-mile radius (480 furlongs) is the inspiration. (Click here to see some of the dishes I shot for the restaurant). Some of the vegetables sourced for this restaurant are from a local producer, Mike. I recently caught up with Mike to hear his story, and to capture a few images of him...
