Over the years, I have photographed many, many menu tastings at various restaurants and venues. The head chefs will write and meticulously plan the menus months in advance. They will carefully select the ingredients, very often locally sourced and seasonal. They will consider every detail, right down to the plate on which the food will be served and how it’s plated. A while ago I was at Cheltenham Racecourse to provide the food photography for the Festival tasting. Here are a few of my favourite dishes I photographed that day.
