This years Cheltenham gold cup festival will see the launch of a brand new restaurant featuring pan asian cuisine. A couple of weeks ago I was commissioned to photograph the dishes that are to be served. Believe me, it tastes as good as it looks and if you’re lucky enough to dine in the new restaurant, you’re in for a treat….
