Shelley and Pauls Vow Renewal at Thornbury Castle

Just over fifteen years ago, I had the pleasure of photographing Shelley and Paul's wedding at Puckrup Hall. Over the years, we have remained friends. Fast forward fifteen years to a couple of days after Christmas, and I had the absolute honour to photograph them again, renewing their vows in front of their closest family and friends at the incredible Thornbury Castle.

The day was a typically British overcast day, but that certainly didn’t dampen everyone's spirits. The day, from beginning to end, was relaxed, casual, and full of class. Shelley did an absolutely amazing job of designing and creating the table decorations, as well as all the details.

With all the flowers and floral decorations by Meagan, the venue looked stunning. But, not as stunning as Shelley, whose hair and makeup were provided by Lucy and Elaine. Her dress and (really heavy) cloak looked amazing, even with the white crocs!

As Shelley walked into the ceremony room, Paul looked so proud and had a smile as wide as “the cat that got the cream”.

The day was filled with fun, laughter, and love. It was a real pleasure to have been part of it. Here are just a few of my favourite images.
