Today, I travelled down to Quicke’s Farm near Exeter with a few guys from Jockey Club Catering. Our aim today was to get a thorough insight into the process of cheese making. It’s an amazing process completed by skilled cheesemakers and a true craft. We were lucky enough to see the whole process from the cows in the field, the milking, making the cheese and then the maturing process. Here are just a few images from our visit…
