In just a few days, the Cheltenham Festival will be opening its gates.
New this year is a concept restaurant called The Four Eighty. Celebrating produce from within a 60-mile radius (480 furlongs) is the inspiration. (Click here to see some of the dishes I shot for the restaurant).
